As the Social Media Manager for Soft & Shiny Laser Clinic, I developed and implemented effective strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, significantly enhancing brand visibility and engagement. I focused on three key Instagram metrics: increasing followers, engagement, and likes. I created custom content, including photo carousels, videos, and industry-specific Instagram Stories.
